How to Make the Most of 72 Hours at ULUM Moab

DAY ONE

Morning  

Take a grab-and-go option from ULUM and enjoy an espresso from our on-site coffee shop while you watch the sunrise!   

Afternoon 

Located in the southeastern part of Canyonlands National Park, the Needles District contains popular hiking trails through rock spires. One of the best views here is Wooden Shoe Overlook, which is easily accessible from the south entrance of Canyonlands National Park. Take a drive or a short hike to take in this spectacular view! 

Evening 

Enjoy approachable, quality, and seasonal cuisine with southwest-inspired flavors and elevated service back at ULUM Moab. Full-service, al fresco dining complemented by cappuccinos and aperitifs enjoyed in comfortable indoor and outdoor lounges is exactly what you need to recharge after a day of adventure.  

DAY TWO

Morning 

Wake up and enjoy some complimentary yoga and wellness programming. Spend some time with your favorite book at one of the outdoor lounge areas or in our hot and cool dipping pools as you recharge for a fun day of adventures ahead. 

Afternoon 

If you’re into rock climbing, we offer an experience step from our resort where you can climb Looking Glass Arch, booked through ULUM Moab’s guest experience coordinator. If climbing isn’t your thing, Moab is also known for its off-roading, whitewater rafting, and mountain biking! Our guest services team can help you set these adventures up. 

Evening 

Head back to ULUM Moab to enjoy a craft brew or specialty cocktail from the full-service bar, or artisan chocolates and marshmallows for nightly s’mores. 

DAY THREE

Morning  

After enjoying breakfast, specialty espresso, and green juice from ULUM Moab’s full-service juice bar and restaurant wander over the retail space and pick up gifts for people back home. From custom Parachute robes to Pendelton blankets and more, there’s something for everyone... including yourself. 

Afternoon 

After refueling with a grab-n-go option from ULUM Moab, head over to Big Spring Canyon Overlook. This overlook features unique rock spires and multi-colored sandstone benches that line the bend in the canyon.  

If you’re up to it, follow marked signs down to the canyon to begin the Big Spring to Elephant Hill loop, a challenging hike that spans 10.8 miles. This loop features extended hiking on slick rock benches and mesa tops overlooking canyons. There are excellent views of sheer cliff walls and other rock formations. Keep in mind this is a fairly strenuous hike! 

Evening 

After you enjoy the spectacular views head back to ULUM Moab for a warm shower with Aēsop bath amenities before tucking into your king-sized bed with Parachute linens.
