Things to Consider
- Due to the highly curated nature of our events, pricing varies based on seasonality and group size. Our Group Sales team would be happy to work on creating a customized quote for your event’s specific needs.
- Use of on-site venues require all event guests to lodge at ULUM®. We do not offer day-use of venues.
- Our Group Sales team will assist you with reserving on-site venues along with your lodging.
- To ensure that all guests have a world-class experience, we host small groups of 30 or less or full-camp buyouts for groups with more than 30 people.
- Blackout dates do apply, including most major holidays.
10-30 Attendees
Small Groups
- Group reservations require a minimum of 10 suites per evening. For smaller groups, please contact our Reservations team, who would be happy to assist you.
- ULUM® requires a two-night minimum length of stay for all group reservations.
- Due to high demand for our resort, we recommend booking at least six months in advance to ensure ample availability for your desired dates.
31-150 Attendees
Large Groups and Resort Buyouts
- A buyout provides exclusive access to the entire property, including onsite venue spaces.
- Buyouts are ideal for groups of 30-150 people.
- A two or three-night minimum length of stay is required for a camp buyout.
- Availability for buyouts is limited. Due to high demand for our resort, we do recommend booking at least 12 months in advance to ensure ample availability for your desired dates.
