Terms & Conditions

General Policy

Check In: 3:00 PM, Check Out: 10:00 AM.
Deposit Policy: Full amount due at time of reservation.
Children ages 0-2 are free. Children 3 and over are to be added as adults.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes ~ All rates are subject to change without notice.

Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 5 tents per transaction at a maximum of 2 transactions. Under Canvas reserves the right to require reservations of 10+ tents booked online to re-book directly with the group sales team. This applies to 10+ tents booked via any number of transactions.

You will be responsible for any damages to your tent or furnishings during your stay.

Fire restrictions in the National Park & County may, in extreme circumstances, prohibit the use of wood stoves and fire pits.

Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.

The intended occupancy of each tent type is provided in the given tent type description. One additional cot can be added for children 18 and under at a fee of $50 per night. We will not allow parties exceeding our maximum occupancy to check in to a single tent.

A deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed and will be charged to your credit card within 5 days of booking. Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged in full upon check-in.

**If credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.**

Please note that booking online does not guarantee your adventure reservation. Our team will be in touch within 24 hours via email to finalize your request before we submit it to our vendors. The price of your adventure(s) is subject to change and is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from our adventures team.

In the very rare event ULUM inventory cannot accommodate a confirmed reservation, any money received will be refunded or better accommodations will be provided. Taxes and fees are subject to change and additional amounts may be due upon checkout.

Cancellation Policies

30 Day Cancellation Policy:
You have up until 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 30 day window prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons/adventures you book.

Early departures or no shows will still be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit refund for cancellation, unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.

To protect your stay at ULUM we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

Gift Card Policy

All gift cards are fulfilled electronically.
Gift cards can be bought under someone else’s name for use as a gift.
Reservations for gift card redemption must be made by phone only.
Gift Cards are not valid for merchandise.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Resort Fee Policy

Resort Fee includes on-site parking, hot and cool dipping pools, guest services, experiential programming (including—but not limited to—guided yoga and sound bath meditations, live acoustic music, and evening s’mores), use of Stakt functional mats and weights, nature walks, Black Diamond walking poles, indoor and outdoor games, and complimentary in-room coffee and a selection of artisanal teas.

Child Policy

We welcome children of all ages at ULUM. We do ask all parents to adhere to our Child Policy and hold their children to high standards of behavior and respect for other guests. We ask that parents watch their children at all times and ensure they are complying to quiet hours, behavior policies and privacy rules.
