Most guests book multiple nights in order to fully enjoy the resort’s exceptional accommodations, breathtaking location, variety of amenities, and unique opportunity to truly connect with nature.

Due to popular demand, there are times when a minimum nights’ stay is implemented. These minimums are non-negotiable and cannot be overridden.

Please be sure to check the weather before arriving and pack accordingly for all weather conditions. Due to ULUM® Moab’s remote location and high altitude, the weather can be unpredictable. Occasionally, in a very dry summer, a fire ban can be in effect Though we have wood-burning stoves in each tent, as well as electric blankets for extra-chilly evenings, we recommend that you come prepared for colder nights, particularly if using your wood-burning stove is prohibited due to fire restrictions.

No, we do not provide shuttles. We recommend you rent a car. This will be the quickest way to get to the resort and will allow you to explore the nearby national parks and surrounding area in your own time.

Salt Lake City International Airport, Salt Lake City, UT (4.5 hours), Canyonlands Field Airport, Moab/Canyonlands Field, UT (1 hour), or Grand Junction Regional Airport, Grand Junction, CO (2.25 hours).

Filming and photo shoots require advance approval. Location fees and proof of insurance may be required. Please contact [email protected]

For safety reasons, recreational drone use by any guest or member of the public is not permitted on or over the resort. Likewise, commercial use is also prohibited, except in limited circumstances when an approved operator has received written permission from the Marketing team. This includes use associated with special events, marketing, and film/photo applications.

Be sure to check the weather before arriving and pack accordingly for all weather conditions. You may want to bring quality hiking shoes, a backpack, water bottle, and rain jacket (just in case). But not to worry, our tents are fully weatherized and are capable of handling common rainstorms. Learn more about what to pack for your visit.

We require payment in full on the date of booking to confirm your reservation.

You have up until 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 30 day window prior to your arrival date are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons/enhancements you book. Early departures or no shows will still be chargeable at their full rate. Cold or inclement weather will not permit refund for cancellation, unless the company deems the conditions make staying with us unsafe.

To protect your stay with ULUM®, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
