ULUM Reservation Process

ULUM is pleased to provide commission on qualified travel advisor reservations made on our website. Please follow these steps when booking to ensure an accurate and timely payment process:

  • Click on the “Reserve A Stay” button above
  • Select dates
  • Click ‘Check Availability’ button with travel advisor code entered
  • Select ‘Book’ on Suite Tent type
  • At checkout, please enter your agency address AND IATA/ARC/CLIA or TDIS number in the IATA field

Travel Advisor FAQs

We pay 10% commission on all validated travel agency reservations made via our website, reservation center or GDS. Commissions are calculated on room revenue only and will be adjusted accordingly if the guest’s stay is modified.

Fees assessed by ULUM for cancellation after the specified cancellation time or no-shows are not commissionable. Please review the ULUM cancellation policy when booking a reservation.

To be eligible for commission, a valid agency code is required at time of booking.

(For reservations made after November 13, 2023) commissions are processed automatically for reservations made with a valid Travel Advisor number (ARC/IATA/CLIA/TIDs). There is no need to submit an invoice.

ULUM processes commissions on a monthly basis, typically for the prior month’s stays. You can expect to receive your commission payment approximately 45-60 days after your guest departs.

We welcome ARC, IATA, TIDs and CLIA* credentials.

ULUM uses Onyx as our commission payment provider.

If you are an Onyx member, you may visit the Onyx Center to research and open an inquiry.

If you are not an Onyx member and believe you are missing a commission, you should reach out to [email protected] with as many details as possible. We require travel agency credential, reservation confirmation number, guest name and arrival/departures dates. Please do not contact the ULUM property directly.

Please note that ULUM will only accept inquiries for missing commissions between 60 days and 6 months after guest departure.
